After organizing District Tournaments in all the affiliated districts of Special Olympics, in Gujarat, a State Championship Program is being organized every year wherein selected athletes from these districts would participate in various sports and Games. An average of 1200 Athletes take part in the state Championship every year. Generally this Program is  scheduled for three to four days and  transportation,  boarding, lodging and other facilities are being provided  at free of cost to all the athletes alongwith their parents and escorts at the sports venue. Track suites, Tea shirts, shoes and caps are also given to all the athletes who are participating in the event.
